The name of our restaurant “Chosei,” which is Japanese for adjust, correct, fix, fine-tune, etc., reflects the utmost care we put into adjusting and fine-tuning our dishes to the perfect balance without any deficiency or excess.

We wish to deliver traditional Japanese cuisine developed with our unique interpretation that will carry on through generations by displaying a beautiful marriage of food and drinks carefully prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients, tailored every customer’s tastes and needs while meeting the highest standards.
Our restaurant is carefully decorated with a traditional Japanese atmosphere with counter seats as well as private rooms where you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing meal.

We have begun delivery and take-out since May, so you can enjoy carefully made authentic Japanese cuisine at home.
