We cover the Chinese noodles in a light broth with plenty of vegetables including Chinese cabbage and carrots. This dish is popular with customers of all ages, from children to the elderly.

We lightly cook Chinese noodles on each side and pour a fragrant mixture of various ingredients such as wood ear mushrooms and bamboo shoots with a sauce thickened with potato starch called “ankake” to create a volume-rich dish.
