Meat & wine bar "bonum" is located in the center of Hiroshima easily spotted by the large rustic wine barrel at the entrance. Our carefully selected meats that have been dry-aged in-house under carefully monitored conditions are tender and delicious – they are our proud specialty.
We serve raclette cheese poured over shrimp, bacon, baguette, and potatoes which is also very popular with customers. Another popular menu item is our special Caprese salad using "Shibuya Cheese Stand" which was a national hot topic in Japan.
