We at Jyunikagetsu (“Twelve Months”) always have 35 varieties of skewers available using seasonal ingredients fried with care one by one according to each customer. The preparation requires a delicate technique that the chef continues to uphold to make each and every skewer delicious every day.
The chef also prepares sashimi dishes with pride using the many years of experience gained while training at a Japanese cuisine restaurant in Tsukiji, Tokyo. The sashimi dishes are very popular and highly recommended to be enjoyed alongside deep-fried skewers.
There are 11 antique modern counter seats and 11 horigotatsu (low table with a recessed floor beneath for leg room) seats available in private rooms overlooking the garden where you can enjoy the seasonal scenery.
