A Western-style cuisine restaurant opened in March 2020 run by an owner with 46 years of experience working in an Italian restaurant and a Western confectionery shop in Hiroshima. Using the culmination of his vast experiences, the chef crafts delicious dishes that bring out the best of every ingredient.
The signature menu, roast beef, is cooked nicely at a low temperature while maintaining the meat’s rosy color and flavor.
Another signature menu is hambagu (Japanese style Hamburg steak), which is juicy with umami and broth overflowing from inside.
We use "magical" rice from Hiroshima Prefecture that makes the meat dishes even more delicious.
We serve an Italian vegetable soup dish called “minestrone” that the chef makes with a delicious bouillon of chicken and vegetables filled with onions, carrots, celery, cabbage, and bacon. This hearty vegetable-rich soup has a gentle flavor and goes well with rice.
The restaurant’s interior is modern with a calm atmosphere. We offer private rooms for groups of up to 8 people.
