We are an udon restaurant in Hiroshima established 40 years ago with a deep focus and dedication on the taste and freshness of the noodles, dashi (soup stock), and quality ingredients.
Sanukiya udon noodles are handmade with care by the staff, using only carefully selected ingredients.
Our handmade noodles are proudly made from 100% domestic Japanese flour. You can fully enjoy the noodles that match the taste, aroma, and special dashi that washes down smoothly.

Our signature udon beloved by locals that represents the essence of Sanukiya with over 3 million sales since our founding.
We use a special soup stock that brings out the flavor of the ingredients to the fullest.
Our noodles are about 1.5 times larger than the usual udon. The umami of pork, shrimp, vegetables, and garlic combined with our special soup stock with a slight thickness is delicious and makes you feel satisfied from the bottom of your heart.
