Ingredients we use include black tea jelly from Tosa City in Kochi Prefecture, sponge cake made with domestic flour, and seasonal fruits topped with fresh cream.
Throughout the year you can enjoy the following seasonal fruits: strawberries in spring, peaches and grapes in summer, figs in autumn, and citrus fruits in winter.
Enjoy our deluxe parfait with a refreshing sweetness filled with seasonal fruits and soft ice cream made with “Hiroshimane” milk (only served inside the cafe).
