We use “binchotan” (high-grade charcoal made from hard ubame oak which produces little to no smoke and has purifying qualities) which brings out the most flavor and fragrance from our specialty yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and vegetables.
We are highly selective of our ingredients which we pick from trusted sources, including Hiroshima red chicken.
