We wish to share our love of Hiroshima by offering the best Hiroshima has to offer!
We prepare Hiroshima okonomiyaki (a Japanese savory pancake-like dish made with a flour-based batter and cabbage, containing a variety of ingredients from vegetables to meat and/or fish) in a traditional style that has been enjoyed for generations.
In addition, thanks to our sister restaurant specializing in tsukemen (“dipping noodles”), we also serve genuine Hiroshima style tsukemen!

(By the way, our name "Hiko" was inspired by and gained the approval of a beloved Hiroshima Carp baseball player!)
