We use fresh noodles and cabbages, expertly prepared to bring out a crispy and soft texture, and pour "Hiroshima Crystal Sauce," made from oysters and lemons from Hiroshima, to create a delicious and refreshing okonomiyaki that will no doubt get you hooked!
(Okonomiyaki (“cooked as you like”) is a Japanese savory pancake-like dish made with a flour-based batter and cabbage, containing a variety of ingredients from vegetables to meat and/or fish.)

On top of our variety of okonomiyaki options, we also serve teppanyaki (Japanese flat-iron grill cooking) dishes made with carefully selected local ingredients, such as extra-large Miyajima oysters and conger eel.

To wash it down, we serve a large selection of sake (including Hiroshima's famous sake from Kamoizumi Sake Brewery) and refreshing Hiroshima lemon highball!
