Kyabetsu

As our name “Kyabetsu” (“cabbage”) implies, the defining feature of our okonomiyaki is our delicious and carefully prepared cabbage!

Our okonomiyaki tightly encapsulates the mild sweetness of the cabbage - our key ingredient - which we carefully steam and chop finely to a perfect texture, mixed perfectly with crispy stir-fried noodles.

We also serve teppanyaki (flat iron grill cooking) dishes such as grilled oysters!

Enjoy our delicious dishes with alcoholic refreshments like shochu (Japanese distilled liquor) and beer!!
