Our okami-san (head lady chef) is a sake master who will serve famous alcoholic refreshments from all over Japan including local Hiroshima sake. Enjoy fine alcoholic refreshments accompanied by delicious food made with ingredients from Setouchi.

Delight in delicious local dishes created using seasonal fish and vegetables from Hiroshima wholeheartedly made by skilled culinary craftsmen, as well as alcoholic beverages from all over the country which our head lady chef will carefully select according to your liking and the dish served.

We have a wide selection of dishes, especially Hiroshima specialties, so we highly recommend visitors from outside of the prefecture seeking delicious food in Hiroshima to come to our restaurant.

When dining with a group, we recommend the "Hiroshima Specialty Course" for 5,500 Yen (tax included) where you can taste Hiroshima’s famous dishes with all-you-can-drink service. We also offer the "Seasonal Course" for 5,500 Yen (tax included) where you can enjoy dishes made with seasonal ingredients.
From autumn to winter, Higashi Hiroshima's specialty "High-Grade Sake Nabe" and Sera's "Boar Shabu-Shabu" are very popular. In winter, we also offer "Fugu (Blowfish) Course" for 7,500 Yen (tax included) with all-you-can-drink service.

We have counter seats where you can enjoy food and drinks by yourself. Alternatively, our private rooms have horigotatsu (low table with a recessed floor beneath for leg room) on the 2nd and 3rd floors where you can relax with friends and family.

Hiroshima Conger Eel Kabayaki1,980Yen (incl. tax)

We cover plump conger eels from Hiroshima in our signature sweet soy based sauce and slowly grill till the meat is soft and tender and full of flavor that is so delicious that this popular item is ordered by many regular customers ranging from locals to visitors from outside the prefecture.

For the same price, we can serve conger eel “shirayaki” (without sauce, as opposed to “kabayaki” which is with sauce) which is also popular. Please enjoy the conger eel shirayaki with some salt and wasabi (Japanese horseradish).
We also recommend ordering both shirayaki and kabayaki to taste and compare the flavors.

Fresh conger eel sashimi (fresh raw slices of fish served with soy sauce) from Hiroshima - a rare treat that customers from outside the prefecture will be surprised by.
Our conger eel sashimi is lightly broiled to further bring out a sweet and pleasant flavor.
This popular dish is available for order day and night time and is also included in the sashimi section of the “Hiroshima Specialty Course”.
We also have many customers requesting conger eel to be included when ordering a platter of assorted sashimi.

Tsurunoya Japanese Style Oyster Cream Croquette (1 Piece)330Yen (incl. tax)

A Japanese-style cream croquette with plenty of Hiroshima’s famous oysters.
As it is prepared Japanese style, this popular dish is a bit different from the usual cream croquette and has a charming appearance. This unique and exquisite croquette has a crispy deep-fried outer layer and is filled with plump oysters from the strait of Seto Island and Japanese cream that melts in your mouth while it’s piping hot.
