Having studied in Singapore, master chef Yamamoto prepares an authentic Chinese culinary experience.
We serve a variety of à la carte menus based on Cantonese cuisine, as well as a special course where you can enjoy Chinese seasonal ingredients.

Enjoy 7 dishes using seasonal ingredients, available for lunch or dinner.
Starting with an assortment of 5 appetizers, we serve dishes using plenty of ingredients from all over Japan carefully selected by Chef Yamamoto.
Among the ingredients, the Chinese vegetables of the day are purchased and sent directly to us from Fukuyama City’s Kanton kasai Nojo (Cantonese fruit & vegetable farm). Their produce have a good reputation for the chewy texture and delicious taste.

A popular lunch course which starts with an assortment of three appetizers: soup, steamed dim sum, and “dim sum of the day” – followed by the main course (meat or fish) – ending with dessert.
The dim sum of the day varies each season so you can not only enjoy the deliciousness but also the excitement of anticipating the dish served that day.
