Founded in 1947, our gyoza restaurant is managed by the long-established dumpling wrapper maker “Itsuji Shokusan”. As our name suggests, we specialize in Hiroshima gyoza, which uses plenty of green onions grown locally in Hiroshima Prefecture. (Also feel free to check out our chain sister restaurant “Gyoza-ka Ryu” throughout Hiroshima City.)
Our delicious gyoza is expertly crafted in a short time with an outer layer that’s nice and crispy! We are popular with locals and travelling visitors, and being conveniently located at Hiroshima Station, you can eat our gyoza right away upon arrival and right before departure to enjoy to the last minute.
